Florida is a scuba divers paradise and is blessed with abundant vibrant coral reefs, wrecks from all times, artificial reefs and crystalline freshwater springs. Diving opportunities are many, but the greatest concentration of diving activity is along the Atlantic coast from Palm Beach and through the Keys.

West Palm Beach is a great place with a beautiful waterfront, lively nightlife and excellent scuba diving. Ft. Lauderdale is all about water and is known as the ‘Venice of America’. It’s a popular cruise ship destination, a party town and a haven for scuba divers. In addition to its beautiful reefs, Ft Lauderdale has many wrecks to dive in the clear warm water. The Jay Scutti, a 95 foot Aruba Harbor boat, lies in 70 feet of water and is a beautiful wreck dive.

Key Largo, a major destination for scuba divers from around the world has clear waters washed clean by the gulfstream. Molasses Reef lies in 10 to 100 feet of water and is one of the premier dive sites in America. The reef is spectacular with caves and crannies, star, brain and elkhorn coral and alive with parrotfish, rays, angelfish, morays, grouper and sharks.

Key West, at the tip of the keys, has a blend of colonial and modern influences and is known for its hospitality and entertainment. Scuba diving is a natural offshoot of the Key West personality the waters offer many reefs and wrecks. Looe Key reef is alive with nurse sharks, rays and giant jewfish against a backdrop of huge, vibrant coral growths.
